Aims and outcome

• On completion of this course the participants should be able to Identify workplace hazard and asses the risk in their workplace or industryTarget Group

Prerequisite

No specific entry requirements but the a certain level of knowledge or education ,work experience and understating of Basic Occupational Health and Safety will be essential however non experienced personnel can participate as well

Course Content

• Describe the basic causes of incidents in the workplace
• Report incidents
• Prepare an investigation kit
• Identify the members of an investigation team
• Follow a systematic investigation process
• Identify the root cause of an incident
• Make recommendations to prevent recurrence of an incident
  Evaluation and Certification where applicable
  An assessment test will be given at the end of the course and marked in order to obtain a certicateDuration
